1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 78abc website accessible at https://78abc.io and all associated pages, services, games, and features.
• "78abc" or "We" or "Us" refers to the operator of the 78abc platform.
• "Player", "You", or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform following the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held within a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to separate promotion-specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or by 78abc's own operational policies.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of the 78abc Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 78abc in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to that subject matter.

78abc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The 78abc Platform is strictly available to adults aged 21 years or older. It is illegal for any person under the age of 21 to register an account or place any wager on the Platform. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is directed primarily at players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform does not contravene any law or regulation applicable to them in their jurisdiction. 78abc makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction other than those for which the Platform is operated.

3.3 Single Account per Person

Each individual natural person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances within them may be voided in their entirety.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on 78abc, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before any withdrawal is processed, and at any point where 78abc deems it necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes, you will be required to complete KYC verification. This process requires submission of:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence, dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

78abc aims to process KYC submissions within three (3) business days. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure with forfeiture of any Balance held in the Account.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 78abc Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account.

78abc strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional protection. You should use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

You must notify 78abc immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. 78abc accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or failed to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

78abc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 78abc does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. 78abc processes withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes to forty-eight (48) hours depending on the payment method and volume of requests at the time. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to five (5) business days.

6.4 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any currency conversion required — for example where a game provider quotes odds in a foreign currency — is handled automatically by the Platform at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

6.5 Responsible Use of Funds

Players acknowledge that funds deposited to 78abc are intended solely for use in wagering and gaming activity on the Platform. 78abc is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on Account Balances. Players should not deposit funds that they cannot afford to lose.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by 78abc are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for any bonus is thirty (30) times the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.

7.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and other game formats may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms. Playing games that do not contribute will not reduce your outstanding wagering requirement.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

78abc actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), or otherwise exploiting promotional offers in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine play. Where bonus abuse is detected, 78abc reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.

7.4 Seasonal Promotions

78abc may issue time-limited promotional offers during key periods such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), BPL season, and major ICC cricket tournaments. These promotions are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 78abc Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager. 78abc accepts no responsibility for wagers placed in error by the Player.

Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.

For live casino games, the result of each round as declared by the live dealer is final. Technical interruptions during a live game round — such as disconnection before a result is declared — will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's published disconnection policy, which generally results in the wager being voided and the stake returned to the Player's Balance.

Slot game results are determined by certified RNG technology. Malfunction of any game voids all pays and plays for the affected rounds. 78abc will credit the voided stake amounts back to the Player's Balance in the event of a confirmed game malfunction.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 78abc Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or another identity
• Using the Account of another person or allowing another person to use your Account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in games or betting markets
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any purpose related to financial crime
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 78abc support staff or other Platform users
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform's technical infrastructure
• Placing wagers from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or on behalf of a person in a Prohibited Jurisdiction

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 78abc Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall compilation and arrangement of the site — is the property of 78abc or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, broadcast, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 78abc.

The 78abc name, logo, and any associated brand marks are trademarks of 78abc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 78abc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

78abc does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any specific game outcome will be achieved. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 78abc's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

78abc is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides players with access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools, all of which can be activated from within the account settings. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon activation and prevents all access to the Platform for the duration selected.

If you feel that your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, you should make use of the self-exclusion facility and seek assistance from an appropriate support organisation. Further guidance is available on the 78abc Responsible Gaming page.

The 21+ age restriction is rigorously enforced. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use filtering software to prevent underage individuals from accessing gambling websites. 78abc supports child protection initiatives and will cooperate fully with any verified report of underage gambling on the Platform.

13 Termination & Suspension

78abc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC, provision of false information, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any verified Balance remaining in the Account — after deduction of any pending bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

Where an Account is closed by 78abc due to a breach of these Terms, the remaining Balance may be forfeited in full, including any real-money funds, at 78abc's sole discretion and in accordance with the severity of the breach.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

78abc collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, and platform improvement.

78abc implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores personal data on secure servers. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel who require it for legitimate business purposes.

78abc does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory bodies only to the extent strictly necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

15 Amendments to These Terms

78abc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 78abc will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or via a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you should close your Account and cease using the Platform.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 78abc operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and 78abc, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the issue. 78abc will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within ten (10) business days.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Both parties agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or group proceeding.
